Fontana Leo
A terracotta fountain designed to be applied to the wall, composed of three pieces: column, basin and pediment, to protect the wall from splashes. The basin has a full-bodied edge that is taken up in the cord at the base of the column. The profile of the pediment is highlighted by a simple but rather thick frame. Fontana Leo is a hand-crafted piece that responds to a practical need with a rustic but rather transversal style, able to fit harmoniously in many contexts. The Galestro Colorobbia® of which it is made is resistant, frosty and insensitive to temperature changes. Depending on the solar radiation, humidity and salinity of the air, the terracotta turns its colour in a physiological way, enhancing its natural and material aspect.

1. Dimensioni e Colorazioni
Eventuali variazioni cromatiche e dimensionali sono dovute alla lavorazione artigianale ed alla materia prima utilizzata per i nostri manufatti.
Ogni imperfezione non è da considerarsi un difetto, ma un pregio che rende prodotto unico.
2. Foro drenaggio
É fondamentale che ogni vaso (vuoto o che ospiti una pianta) abbia un buon drenaggio dell’acqua:l’acqua ristagnate potrebbe congelare alle basse temperature e provocare rotture.
Per evitare questo spiacevole inconveniente è fondamentale provvedere a mantenere libero il foro di drenaggio dell’acqua.
É inoltre opportuno che il vaso non poggi direttamente sul suolo, ma venga leggermente rialzato per evitare che un terreno argilloso possa otturare dall’esterno il foro di uscita dell’acqua.
Prestando attenzione a non ostruire il/i fori di drenaggio si consiglia di procedere per strati:
_Pietrisco bianco 18-25 mm (sul fondo del vaso)
_Argilla espansa (Sovrastante al pietrisco)
_Terriccio (Sopra all'argilla espansa)
